Back

Been on a self enforced sabattical from blogging.Life had gone through major transformations ever since my last post .Blogging was something that probably appealed the least during the past year or so.Got married to my sweetheart girlfriend of 7 years..Secured a better job ,purchased a flat, drove a car legally by securing a drivers license.Well life has definitely did a 360.

Married life has completed its first 365 .Well for my dearest friends ,here is a piece of advice.Marry as soon as possible. It indeed is a big relief.Ya it does come with its share of cons as well. And one to suffer the most would be the above said friends. To strike that perfect balance between your friends and wife is indeed the most challenging aspect of marriage. You give your wife more time, friend would crib"hen -pecked,changed after wedding, don't value friends anymore".You go out with your friends on a weekend movie like old, then it is dooms day "Friends are more important than wife,I'll also go out with my friends".and what not...So the best solution i could think of,was to convince all my friends to marry..Not sure the trick is working, since most of them seem pretty disinterested in tying the knot.

Another crucial thing in a marriage is,that whole transformation from a bachelor to a married man, which is a giant leap indeed. And the first argument most likely to happen would definitely be on cleanliness.:)."Why don't u change your clothes after you are back from work. Please put the used clothes in the laundry basket"...All good things if followed ,but a tough act to follow.,Especially after being used to those dirty bachelor ways of life, where you probably clean ur clothes once a month.Stole your friend's sock once you ran out of stock,Shed your clothes wherever you are,as convenient, and pick it up when you do your laundry..Probably not true with all the bachelors, but with quite a few i know..Well then my dear friends ,get set for a whole set of gyaan.Cleanliness comes kinda first on the list of almost 95 percent of females,as could be made out from similar grievances heard from other husbands..

But got to admit, the whole institution of marriage that has withstood many a test is indeed an enjoyable one.The fact that you return home after work, and you have someone waiting for you,or maybe you hit home and look forward to the someone returning from work is an awesome feeling. The fact that there is a person with whom you can share your insecurities, grievances ,joy, does your mental state a big favor.Well the whole purpose of this blog was to get rid of the writers block that had hit my head..Wife is calling......
